Toys are tested manually and with a machine. They had been able to withstand 3000 chews repeatedly under 120N of force which is equivalent to 200kg. 

DESIGN

Our unique designs consisting of multiple holes and shapes which allow treats to be inserted and frozen for longer play time. It also increases the interest of your furbabies to play with the toys. The ridges also clean your dogs' teeth as they chew on them.

Our toys are made of natural rubber which is much stronger than nylon. Natural rubber is also better at absorbing chewing forces. It allows them to return to their original shape and form after each chew instead of inflicting damage.

While most tough toys are made of nylon, they allow only one function which is to chew. However, our natural rubber toys are made to also stimulate your dogs mentally. Our power chewer range comes with other functions such as treat dispensing, teeth cleaning, unique shapes and colours to keep your fur babies interested and busy for a longer period.

We decided to extend this 30 days guarantee to your power chewers! Any toys destroyed within 30 days will be refunded and you can keep the toy. We are extremely confident these are the toys that will be one of the long lasting ones that you will ever have.

30 Days Guarantee Policy

This policy only covers the following :

  • Only toys in the power chewer category qualify for this policy. 

  • Only toys which are destroyed due to chewing will be refunded.

  • Damage has to be caused by extensive chewing that leads to extensive damage to the toys that it lost its functions. As long as the toy is still functional, it will not qualify for a refund. Please note that most of our toys are multifunctional and can be used as treat dispensers, fetch games, frozen with treats etc. 

  • Other damages are not covered such as damages occurred on purpose, damages inflicted by sharp items (knifes, scissors etc), damages caused by extreme heat or cooling process etc.

  • All damages will have to be proven with pictures and videos.

  • We reserve the rights to ask for picture or videos to prove that the toys are damaged through chewing.

  • We reserve the rights to decide if the toys are truly damaged by chewing action of your dog. 

  • We will consult our supplier to determine if the damage of the toy fits into the category of damage caused by chewing extensively before we approve the refund. 

  • Our policy only covers for single toy. We do not cover bundles as the price had been significantly reduced. 

  • Our 30 days will start from the day the toys are marked as delivered by the shipping company.
